Waiting for the bends to dry.should be soon.

This is the inlet,when fuseing pipes sand the edges at a 45 all the way around so the resin will fill in.This will make it strong.After its dry ill use my drem and cut the insides
out,making sure not to hit the inside of the pipe...needs to be smooth or exhaust will stick in cracks and build up.

I have all air tools,so it wont be bad.Carbon B is comin also w/water catch tip on the stinger.

My wammer new style drain came in...nice peice.Rubber on the out side and a velvit
material on the inside.Made the carbon drain pipe to fit it.Once again lighter than thick PVC.The inlet tube is fused and done 4 the waterbox,very strong i couldnt brake it.
It will get even stronger when its assembled.Pic 4-5 are Bun style ride plates (carbon),not finished.The one on the left is for my friends sxr...hard to make,and the
other is for my RN -2 cut.The sxr is -4 cut.

Alot more to come,carbon coupler cover,fuel pump bracket,hood,nose.I need
to make up for the stock hull...did my best to lighten that up as well.But by winter
i plan on buying a lighter hull,sj based.I like WF's 08 sj build,prob like that...stronger and lighter.

Well tomorrow i haveto rebuild a chaincase on one of my customers sleds,and a rear
end and a quad...ill take a break in the middle and see if i can get this waterbox done!
And move onto finishing the B.Saw the fist jetski on my lake today,man need to get this ski back togather...i really need 6-7 waterbox hooks to hold down the alum tank
and batt.I even made a thread on this but ill throw it in here to.Anyone have anything?

Thats going to be a very nice ski. Maybe you could talk Al Gore into giveing you carbon credits for putting so much carbon into your ski:chairfall:

Thanks,The more i play with this stuff,the faster and easier it gets.Its endless what i could make.Its alot of trile and error,but once u learn it,it becomes fun.

hey man i think i got some hull/strap mounts for tank. and a couple w/box mounts.
