I said the carbon coupler cover was going to be done but been playing with some
designs.I have one that i like and should hold up.It isnt going the be lighter than stock
prob about the same. But it will serve more of a function due to the fact it raps further down than stock. This will keep the water down on the floor,to let it trac to ur drain or
pump.It will also have the bling, bling.Mold is made but havnt pulled anything from it yet.Should have somthing his weeken.

No,on something this small its easier to drape the carbon for the first sheet, then 3 others on the inside.Im not going to spend a ton of hrs on a reverse mold.It will come out just fine my way, dont worry. And the fitment will be better than the old 24/7 one i had.

BUN trim pieces came in,reduction nozzle and beefy cable...Thanks Skywalker.Looks great. It will be getting bore 85-86mm,and im making my own trim ring from stainless.

Here is the coupler cover in ruff form.Still needs one more sheet on the cover side and 3 on the side were the bolts would go.My goal is to beef up the front and keep the back light, there for no cracking. My goal is to keep the water on the floor,so it will A. it will get the water to the pump or drain B. water wont fly up onto the TL,C. the water wont atomize into the air and get sucked into the intake.

I made something similar to that for a buddies boat. I like to mount them to the hull so they don't vibrate. That can reak havok on carbon parts.

I made a fiberglass coupler cover once, it worked for a while, but the engine vibration continually ate away at the mounting points.
