Chris,

Good luck in all your future endeavors. You were a great help in getting my SXR to be one of the first set up for freestyle!! :arms:The first barrel rolls I ever saw was of the 24-7 Freestyle Team in Kentucky about 5 years ago! Chris not only made killer parts, but the dude can rip it up on a ski.

Don't give up on skis completely. Come on down to Daytona and ride with us just for fun. Now that the business part of it is over, you can come down and just rip. First beer is on me.

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for the kind words, I will never forget you all. This whole thing brings back tons of memories with many members.
Also Mark wants to thank those who have wished him the best as well. He also wanted to do a product give away. This would include Bindings( 3 pair), a Cp-001 carbon chinpad, a new style fuel filler, Hood hooks, a Hood Latch.

They only way this would be feasible is if Mark is allowed back on the site to coordinate this generous give away! If he is not allowed back he will have to do it on PWC Today. But he wants the members of the X to get the parts.

I say those with differences should just bury the hatchet for the benefit of the riders. Mark will then have a chance to prove himself on this site. Just give him that and see where he goes with it, one chance. Just my 2 cents though.

Thank you all,
Chris

Good to hear from you Chris, maybe this will get you on the water a little more!

The ball is in Marks court, He needs to contact me & man up about several issues. ( Those are to be held in private, It has no business here).
If he has the integrity to do that satisfactorily. I will allow him back on.
But not until then..................

Ski ya, Paul

The thing I like most about Chris is he is an excellent rider. Chris has been a good friend of mine for year and his products have always been of excellent quality. One time I had the chance to visit his shop and was blow away with his kindness and the repair he did on my boat was incredible. Thanks Chris for many wonderful years and I am excited to meet Mark. I am sure Mark is a quality person or Chris would not have sold the business to him. This is a pic of Chris in the Surf.

Personal Issues should be kept personal... What happened to "for the riders by the riders"? Nothing against you Paul but Mark did nothing on the board to get banned. Sounds like PWC today when they were banning members for talking ******** about pwc today here on X. Lets keep this sport fun and leave all the drama at the dock..........

WOW! Chris was a true pioneer and innovator for the sport. That will be some huge shoes to fill!!

I hope Mark has alot of patience and attention to details cause working with fiberglass isn't learned overnight .It requires many trials and errors

He is going to have the best equipment and teacher so he should do well. Its not rocket science.

I was thinking that exact thing yesterday when I read this thread and kind laughed thinking how hard it would be to find another site to hang out on because "for the riders by the riders" kinda got thrown out the window and it sounded like we were over at PWC Today again. :frown:

good luck Chris
i have nothing but the utmost positive things to say about what you have provided for me and my ski
nothing came close qulaity wise to your products, paint work, and of course customer satifisfaction

you proved that by taking care of the hood i bought, and setting it up for my style of riding, and VERY promptly too

Quality costs $$, no doubt.

PS:
I need a matt kit for the 24-7 binding on my ski, i want to keep a spare around

Until you've walked a mile in someone else's shoes.......I'm sure he has his reasons. It's his to deal with as he sees fit and I don't think anyone should be trying to interject their opinions on such personal matters.

I completely agree with you and I have absolutely no problem with Paul at all, but why should his personal matters affect whether the owner of the "new 24-7" company is allowed on our site. By not allowing a company like this to participate in our site it only ends up hurting the members of this site and the site as a whole. I understand that Paul owns a portion of the site and it is his choice on who he will let be apart of the site, but the reason I like this site is because I thought it was by the riders and for the riders. I'm not saying it is turning into the PWCToday of 2months ago, but this reminds of those times.

If Full Throttle is allowed to participate and then they make waves and cause problems then I definitely agree that they should be banned from the site, but what have they done to violate X-h2o's site rules so far. :dunno:

I know there is probably more to this than most of us know, but the facts that are available to the average member like myself suggest that Mark and Full Throttle should be allowed on the site.

I'm not trying to stir the pot or start anything, but I just thought I would throw out my .02.

It is not our site, it is 1/3 Paul's site that he helped start for the riders.

It hurts no one. If the members of this site continue to want to deal with 24-7, then go to PWC2Day to do it.

Simple, he has violated the trust of a founding member of this site

Paul has not closed the door, Full Throttle just will not open it.

It's both personal and business, and ongoing.

I banned unclehulka for comments he made about my wife who has never even signed up or posted on a single jetski forum in her life. That was personal and the final straw with him.

For the riders by the riders doesn't mean it's a free for all. Paul is the person who spearheaded this site and I run it (Harrison is just our pretty spokesperson :cheer:) and I think it shows a lot that there are only 3 people banned from here after 11 months. Heck, people (at least one) even got banned from riotradio and that was just about as close to a free for all as you can get.

All we ask for is for everyone to respect everyone else. hulka didn't in a very personal way (you can call me whatever you want though, I don't care really), waterhawk--nuf said, and Mark has disrespected Paul on both personal and business levels.

Hopefully Mark will see what is going on, call Paul, and things will get straightened out and we'll all move on.

Btw, you should always walk a mile in the shoes of the guy you're at odds with.

That way, you'll be a mile away from him, and you'll have his shoes.

I realize Paul owns a 1/3 of the site and I said that in my initial post, but what I love about this site is that I am made to feel that the site actually belongs to the members and not a single person/company like PWCToday. I like the fact that the members actually have a choice in how the site is run. Just my opinion.

the fact of the matter tis that this is NOT a democracy.paul is an owner here so if this guy did something disrespectfull to paul in his personal life why the hell should he let him on this website!

truthfully i cant beleive that so many are willing second guess the judgment of one of the most honest and sincere people i have met in this sport:bs2:
