Ten bucks probably will not cover the hospital parking bill when someone contracts a nasty thing from the contaminated waters.

So soon some forget:

Hurricane Igor was MERELY a son. This young gun was ripped a brand new behind when he got into Igor’s way last year! Isn’t his new butt cute? They do not call her MOTHER Nature for nothing boyz!

Urban riding would be fun. It would not be my first time playing in a flood. Also I think we could all do without you posting that picture again suzi. I mean I know I have seen you post it at least twice before.

...I think we could all do without you posting that picture again suzi...

All of you love that picture, and you know it. :bigok:

Flood waters within urban areas, as well as non-urban areas should be avoided at all costs, at all times, for many reasons, other than “just” dung, unless one is a first responder, and this a highly accurate statement.

it seems like more than half of the posts in this thread are hidden from my view...

I'm tempted to do the same. It's like the annoying angel on my shoulder I never wanted.

Thanks, yes my shoes are double knotted. Yes I have a spare change of clothes. Yes I darest say that I might so well as do that!

Thank you, thank you very much; it took little effort too! :newangel:

This may help some of you who wish know what you are talking about in the future:

Start with the link entitled, “Did you know that the height of some individual waves may be TWICE the height of the forecast seas? And may present an even greater danger near shore?” (right of the map, 4[SUP]th[/SUP] link down):

Meanwhile, in addition to all of the current flash flood alerts, I hear that we may have at least one rather large dam possibly in jeopardy up north, but that is not all of course.

Wishing all of you up north well. :flowers1:

My parents got 2 feet of water in their house..... high tide came around 8am today and kept coming. The boats were floating on the trailer in the driveway and the garage! Wish I had my ski and I wasn't stuck at work, I would've rode up the street.
