And why is he ignorant? After some sh&ty situation he found something to do? It's not like he is hurting anything. Too bad it was a couch. Would be tight to see someone bust some flatwater flips and rolls in the streets. Give the people who are stuck at home some entertainment

Yeah still doesn't make him ignorant. He looks like a big boy, so health concerns are his decision. And I highly doubt that a ski will cause MORE "destruction" of property.

I think you just feel the need to comment on everything as if you know everything when you don't. It's quite annoying!

It is obvious he is ignorant to the health risks or further destruction of property his irresponsible actions can cause, as are you; and as mentioned, I know much about this subject. He not only jeopardizes his own health, but that of others (and that last clause is not his right). He should follow the advice of officials and stay indoors at this point, allowing first responders to assist others in need.

Wow man that sucks sooo bad! Wow! How many miles did that kind of water depth stretch???

I dont think too far, we have alot of channels here so you may drive down one street with only houses on both sides and surrounded by 2 channels. If you lived close to there you definately had a rising tide and flooded. I dont think it stretched too far, at least I don't think so. I took a walk down there at about 12 AM and there was only spots of water and alot of the tide receded.

My other ski runs fine!!! They have flood insurance. They will be cut a nice fat check to repair the damage.

Very glad to hear they have flood insurance, and hopefully they have secured temporary relocation at this point (and are already there). I couldn't see your photos.

Here is some good info:

Just because you sit in the house all day on the internet, reading up on wikipedia and posting links to appear knowledgeable, doesn't mean you 'know much about this subject'.

Quit pretending, get out of the house, and live a life instead of talking about it.
