I know exactly where u were riding. I will be coming down there next monday for a week then heading to huegonot for a few days. Will have both my ski's and prolly be riding just off the intercoastal near the air station. Mom lives right on the waterway slightly N of the MCAS. Lemme know if you guys are gonna be riding.

Cool build! I have the identical pipe on my 750sx
Going to try running stock carb with 85/165 to start off in the cold weather

installed my tubbies today. We will see how long they stay on the ski. Hopefully they hold cause if not there 14 holes in my hull on each side. got my fingers crossed

They turf rail extensions lasted a few weeks but only twice in the Surf. I had bolted the extensions to the rails and glued but the glue let go and the bolts pulled threw. I know have nice finishing washer and screws going all the way threw as well as some of the original bolts. They might last now.

I still think the 750 and the 701 produce the same power when equipped with the same parts. The difference I've noticed is the SJ gets out of the water a little better.

I know you've put a lot of money into your electrical system but total loss will certainly provide you with that awesome power you're after. One day we'll get together and you can try out my 750 since I doubt anyone will buy it.

that sucks...especially cuz i was thinkin about sellin mine for an sj. i think partin em out is the way to go.

Jordan i found a way to set up my lathe to bore nozzles so how much are you gettn yours bored for? i could send you my old nozzle for some more cabbage with the templates if you want. :afro:

Didnt get a chance to ride it yet since my battery was shot. I just purchased a Factory pipe to get a little more bottom.

My coffman pipe will soon be for sale..
