for future reference, you can get a nice clean cut with a heated blade. if you use weldwood and let it tack on both the hull and the turf then press it down and lightly tap with a rubber mallet it will stick very well

foaming

Small amount of the canned foam won't hurt, but for future ref., the diff between US composite's rigid foam and that stuff is; open vs. closed cell. open is like a sponge. .02

Unless you're going to buy the rail extension kit, the turf kit is just being pure lazy. I'd say if you're going to turf the rails, just go ahead and remove the plastic rails on there now and just turf the bond line with what you have.

Sure if you remove the plastic rails it makes the standing platform smaller (yet flatter) but standing on the front of a 750 is like balancing on a log anyway. I can do fountains on my buddy's 650 no problem but I can't stay on the 750 long enough to submerge the nose.

I was looking at the hull extension kit from blowsion. But there isnt a good pic of it. What is it excatly? Also i was looking at just doing the side molding the ones where you remove the plastic stock ones and bolt the flat molding around the outside of the bond line like Tbaers SJ

Right now i got some grip tape on the plastic rails but i havent tried to ride on the hood. ive never had a chin pad on long enough to try it out. I can ride on the hood of a 650 all day until li get tired. I can ride my buddies RN SJ so we will see what happins with the 750.

so heres an update:
Ski is torn down to the hull. Travis and I will re inforce it with cloth and one layer of Neon green Carbon Fiber

Outside top deck is going to be painted Chyrslers Firemist Green (i think thats what is was called) A real Bright Green. Bottom deck will be painted black.

Blowsion Side rail extensions are a must and will be installed!

Highroller pole will be installed as well as my ADA head with 24 cc domes for 195psi.

havent decided if the tubbies are going on or not yet.

custom hood with handholds will be finsihed.
