900cc vs 1100cc +

exactly what i was thinking.. the illusion of needing all of that 1100cc power to backflip to make up for lack of skill shows more money than sense.. hell the gomer just backfilpped a ski with exactly half those cc's in the surf.. whats the point of all that power if you cant even at very least, nose stab your ski?

Agreed! I've seen Zimmy backflip a blaster with a clapped out 701. It may have even been a 650. There should be a forum rule that if you want to talk turley about backflips (or anything else in this sport) you should have actually already done one.

I have noticed, everything is "backflip" centered. Any reference to a hull, engine, pipe, pump, or rider is judged almost solely by a backflip, or lack of one. It all reminds me of junior high where jocks were seen as the smartest guys in the room.

I have build some 701 trixstars and some big ccm trixstars. The guys with the 701 need much mote time to learn the backflip but they have learned nosestabs and barrelrolls in the same time with a good setup wake. The big ccm guys learned the backflip very fast and do that al day long and no other trick:-(((
