When you put in your footholds did you glass the bottom flat then put the footholds in and foamed more and glassed them in more. Im gonna be putting my adjustables in tommarow and was just planning on foaming it all at once with the footholds in and glassing it all at once.

On a table on top of plastic, once that setup, mixed up thickened epoxy and glued new tray on top of the flat part of pump, and then on the lip right below dash, then tied in tray to sides, cut the bob foot holds up to get theme to sit as flat as possible, used thickened epoxy and glued theme to the walls, then tied foothold in and then rest of tray

I had to cut a lot off mine as well. I pretty much cut most of the bottom off and trimmed the sides to the backer board. Can't wait to ride with the bobs, The tray feels so comfortable now.

I'm not for sure exactly how many. I had cut a bunch of pieces and just starting laying them in the nose and pole bracket area till it was all used up. Maybe 4-5 layers 12oz and 17oz biax topped with a layer of eglass. When I drilled the holes for my pole bracket area it was 3/8" thick. Feels very solid.
