^^^what he said. Unless its a lifelong bro, I wouldn't let people go demo'in my skis. Everyone's your friend until something breaks, sinks, seizes, cracks, etc, etc, etc.

Been there done that.........3 times at least.

I am going to bring as a display. It's a good example of one of my builds, a clean setup on the TPE SS, and the hull itself. We are not planning on this ski being a demo. I don't own it.

God Damn that tpe getting you some hight for a stock stroke very impressed
There's more in it, but I'm not very functional in 36-38 degree water. I'm not comfortable on the hull either. I'm hitting it way too slow for maximum height, but I'm happy just to be testing in this weather.

Phil is an amazing tuner, and his builds are so clean and designed for functionality.

It's designed so this 10 thumbed monkey can pull everything and put it all back together in an hour!

There's plenty left in this hull/motor. Just need some warmer weather/water to get more comfortable.

Phil has my permission to ride/show off the ski but as I'm not going to be at the ride and I trust him as a buddy, but I'm uncomfortable with anyone else riding. Sorry, not trying to be that guy, but there's a big difference that I've seen in how I demo a ski (aka brap brap, turn, brap, turn) and other jokers who hop on, back flop or generally tear up others stuff.

Phil is one of the very few people in this sport who my brother respects as a tuner. His skis are always on the money.

Not to speak out of turn, but here is where I mounted mine on my Chan

The bilge outlet is in the same spot, on the opposite side.

Thanks was thinking that might be a good spot. Do you ever get sprayed in the face when barrel rolling?

That's where I put 2 of my 3 pissers. I put my 3rd one for the overflow from the PFP stinger at the very front of the nose.

Bilge? What's that. ;)

I'm pretty impressed with how well the hull is holding up. It took quite a few pancakes this weekend, and 1 tiny bit of paint crack near the breather on the hood.

I'm pretty sure he got at least 3/4 around on one. Some pretty damn good height for sure! I got to ride this ski and it riiiips! To me, the 964 with a PFP and total loss felt a lot like my b-piped 1105. The Chan looked very nice in person although I didn't ride it long enough to get a feel for it, just a few quick braps.

It was nice to meet you Dan!

Thanks, it was nice meeting you guys. If i can get my form down, and make sure i hold the brap lever down the whole time, i should be able to get all the way around. That is after my toe/foot heals...

The PFP will really wake up your 1105. You're gonna be amazed at how much more power that 1105 has!
