Freestyle Affordable Power......... It's COMING

Alright, now that I'm in front of something with a keyboard here are the details.

I originally paid for a stock stroke 964cc. I sent my cases and a new rebuilt SBT crank to Erik back in April, fully aware that motor was not yet in production and the expected delivery date was unknown. Erik has been in contact with me on almost a weekly basis, giving me updates as this project has evolved into the finished product.
Around the time Erik got the first batch of cylinders in I asked Erik what he thought about a different crank option, Zack's new billet light weight 4mm stroker crank. As soon as I got off the phone with Erik, I contaced Zack and had a new crank sent down to Erik (I also bought zack's new modular intake manifold).
This motor is currently the only 1021cc True Performance Engineering motor in existence but I suspect this may become a very popular motor option from Erik in the near future.

Here is a list of the parts I'm using with this motor:

- Full Spectrum 49mm AVLR carbs (Starting point: 127.5 Pilot, 135 Main, 1.8 N&S, 80g Spring - 23.5 pop off, L Speed - 1 Turn, H Speed - 1/2 Turn, External fuel pump)
- PHP Modular intake manifold.
- Moto Tassinari V-Force 3 Reeds.
- Factory Pipe Products Mod Pipe (head pipe and manifold opened up to 51.5mm, exhaust manifold port height raised ~2mm to match cylinder. Starting point: top screw open 1 1/2 turns, middle and bottom screws closed)
- Jetworks flow control valve.
- Zero lightened 61X flywheel.
- MSD Enhancer.
- Solas pump.
- Impros freestyle cone.
- 61X nozzle @ 85mm or 62T nozzle @ 85mm.
- Skat-trak 14/19 C75 swirl.

For the time being this is going in my RN superjet.

I'm hoping to get out on the water tomorrow afternoon or Sunday.

After riding the 1105 on total loss and 964 on an enhancer I would really suggest total loss or at the least epic so you can give it some real timing. My DASA 10mm was night and day going from the enhancer to the epic with 30 degrees. Just putting it out there from experience. It seems like you have the rest of the package, that would just help you get all you can get out of it. The potential of these motors is really something great. Erik is doing an awesome job. I spent part of today with him as he finished up the 964 in Tony's Aquabot and got it broken in. I have a feeling it's going to take a lot of people by surprise!

I was told to leave a few things in my list for Christmas ideas by my significant other, so a real ignition will likely be added during our off season here in MN.

Feartheride, the epic hx3 is what you suggest if not going TL? Are they pretty reliable now? I'd get the 30deg ?

Check with Zack for current pricing and options but I paid around 1K with expedite shipping down to Erik.

I weighed the complete long block (as pictured above) before I put it in my superjet last night and it came in at 82.8lbs. Out of curiosity I also weighed the 701 (also a complete long block), that the 1021cc is replacing and it came in at 86.8lbs.

When I started the motor For the first time this evening I was very surprised how quickly it revs! In addition, this motor has a very smooth idle, the vibration is probably half that of the 701 (with pipe and head).

Eric.
