Back on track, @River Rat and @tstewart , you guys can ask these questions when you get a chance to talk to Erik next, I am sure he will put your minds at ease. Your conspiracy theories will be dashed on the rocks along with the rest of the guys looking to put a hurting on TPE business.

Fortunately for TPE, at my last visit to the shop last week, they are pumping out motors and have moved to a bigger and better facility to pump out even more power. TPE is really going to do well in the coming years with an increased line of various CC motors. I can't wait to see what Erik has coming down the pipeline, let's just say that there will be many options for anyone looking to do an upgrade in the engine department!

WHY speak ? To try and be helpful to all and lend information that is truthful. Am I angry? Not really(not at tpe) but still sore at a few in here that burned me for 4700$(u no who u r!)
Phillip- u must b kidding@20min repair,back on water .if that stud broke flush with case(lookd to b) ss doesn't drill easy... I see many hrs of repair,may not come out good?? And cause of break?? Blame on customers over torque? Back up, if tpe assemble,an at sometime that stud had been "stressed ,flexed @that break point" who's fault is it???? The 6 studs must align w/cyl.indexing.
With all the "tpe bandwagon" words... I just ...wonder about customers service...all this dosent seem to fit with commen sense.... All posts of"no problems"and now deleted problem...
Looked like it broke flush to the cylinder.. Easy fix.

Here's my 2 cents, there's a chance for problems with any high performance motor; what matters is how the problems are taken care of by the manufacturer.
We currently have sent back 2 very low hour dasa motor's for repairs. I wont say what the issue's are as Dasa's is taking care them and there's no need to stir up drama.

I say we all stay out of it until the person who had the issue says that it has or hasn't been resolved
From what I've seen I've never seen any negative feedback about erik or tpe or the motors so let person A and person B figure it out and keep the drama out of this thread

Oh ...dag..how are you :). Nice dasa you made for me, care to explain why you did NOT disclose the busted/welded cases be for being sold.... Epoxy melts when you weld...and u put crank seals in wrong....
 
I think there are a lot of people who have no desire, whatsoever, so purchase a product from company A, B or C, but those people tend to be the most vocal in threads about company A, B or C.

Erik handles this better than me, I'd just tell those people to go F off and move on. Can't please everyone and lord knows there are plenty who don't deserve the satisfaction to begin with.

Xj- get your facts STRAIGHT...I do not know sj/js... I've been burned by a few big company/people... Dag is one.. this activity is a joke as in ..DECEPTION..in many ways,it had cost me a lot+time. Just to b clear. A pic can prove a thousand lies , then they magically disappear. I hav to work now,
 
No axe to grind, nor no real brand loyalty here in the UK for the "BRAAPP FACTORY"

Our philosophy is simple " if we like something we will buy it" however " if it performs we will recommend it."

We took quite a leap of faith buying the TPE motors "untested or unproven" as far as UK shores are concerned

What can i say of the experience, nothing but great feedback for both Erik and Chris Rauen

These things rip, quality is excellent, support and set up advice (if needed) has been spot on

Did we just buy, or would we recommend ?

If you have an axe to grind with these guys do it in person and do not try to derail a fantastic thread and product !
