Ooooohh!!! I love the radiused curve of the transfers, this cylinder is going to be awesome!!

I was thinking the same thing...awesome!!!

But wondering if they are able to make the same shape on the interior transfers (between the bores). Is there enough room??? I don't see how there can be???

This is a very cool idea I brought a WB800 new back in the day and did about 250hrs before pulling it down (chrome/nikasol coated bores) at which time the bores were sweet. Cast in china?. Just wondered not a problem if the QA is there.

Think over the same.......95mm pistons, is there enought room i middle of cylinders????
You have pics from it???

Im very interested.....

[[The cylinder is made in the USA. To get the ports to be within a couple of thou. of each other is way harder than you can imagine. Its one thing to cast a two stroke cylinder, its another to make them accurate where it counts. You would not believe how much goes into making a cast cylinder. Billet is easier because once you figure out where you want every thing it is cut (still not so easy to make) but you can't make the shapes in billet like you can in a casting. This cylinder does use a cmm machine to center each casting before it goes to the cnc to be worked. I may post some pics of the sand patterns, its very cool how the shapes are made.
