There is only one running setup right now and that's in the test ski. A few are being sent for Nikasil this week, and will hopefully be in demo boats for Wavedaze next weekend (even that's pushing it). There should be a production run shortly thereafter that will produce several cylinders for purchase. It's been a slow process verifying everything is/was correct before running a large batch, but he's at that point now. Testing has gone well and it's a matter of getting the first large group cast and plated..........

Go do it then. If no one is living up to your standard, go invest a ton of your own money into something you don't know will transpire into something, make your own rules, and drop a sick engine out of no where onto people R&D work all done. Until you've got that under your belt, you've got zero wiggle room to tell other people how to do what they do with their own money, time, and hard work.
I personally enjoy seeing and being lucky enough to be privy to all the development updates.

This thread is only 2 months old and I know Erik has been working on this for at least 2 years... Probably much longer! Not everybody has the money laying around to buy this motor on it's release day without any warning or advertisement of it's development beforehand. not to mention a lot of people that are complaining about pics of the bottom of the cylinder and it's release date/final cost are probably not going to actually buy a cylinder or this engine package. R&D takes a lot of time especially for something like this! Erik has a lot of experience and knowledge and he will not release something that he isn't 100% satisfied with

FYI.........if you notice this thread was not started by Erik. Some initial testing was done, and an enthusiastic friend put the video up early on. As was mentioned, this has been a long, difficult, and expensive road for Erik. The initial testing (with results showing good power) got some people excited, knowing how much time and money had been invested up until that point. Title was "coming soon", not "get it now". Lol

I'm sure the initial thoughts of pricing, testing, production, possible glitches were considered. There's always hiccups...
I'm just stoked Eric and his team stepped up and went for it on this project. I think it's going to be a bitchin product and will be well worth the wait. They obviously have the knowledge and drive to get it done. It'll happen...
So I'm going to kick back, be stoked and patient for Eric to release the end product (In all it's glory lol) when he's ready.

Its been more than two years. He was talking to me about it close to 4 years ago. Its out standing wha the has done. I have seen what he has done from the bottom. its a good thing
