OH just an FYI:

We have had some trouble with the ferries in the past. They have regulations about how much gas you can bring across on the ferry. I want to say if your bringing more than 3 gas cans, you have to drive around, go over the bridge, and come back to port A. If you wait in line for the ferry, and get turned away by the Ferry Nazi's, you're going to be pissed....

It's two cans, full or empty, 10 gallon capacity.

Okay revision:

"no more than two visible cans totalling a max of 12 gallons"

You will never be searched getting onto the ferry unless you do something stupid that would get you arrested anyway...

Right 2 cans 12 gallons. But that includes empty cans too. I suggest a using "Water" cans if you feel like you need all those cans. There are plenty gas stations there to re-fill very close to the riding spot.

Gonna try to make it thurs still. Probably have to wait til Friday morning now. Also, anyone have a pull start for a 6hp Chinese motor? I had to rob my Mini Baja pull start for my generator. Without that, my mini beach cruiser is a no go. :17:

Probably a stupid question, but if I'm bringing my RV that's not a problem getting on the ferry is it?? Also, do you think I can put more gas cans in the rv without them searching it??

Thanks, Daniel

RV shouldn't be a problem on the ferry, and like I said, you won't get searched unless you are doing something that would get you arrested.
