I propose "dry weight" is the standard which all skis shall be measured (according to the "X-h2o Standard of Weights, Measures, Infractions, and Bans")

I also think hull weight should include the hood.

same here........ bare hull weight should include the hood

Yep, seems every time a hulls weight is listed, there's always 50 questions to follow. Should either specify what your weighing or set the standard. Hull and hood for a "hull only" weight.
