They are losing customers pretty quickly... Maybe you should send them a link to this discussion and let them decide if it's worth it to deny you a full warrantee. TL or not it shouldn't have a bad cell after 2 rides... To me that's a defective battery and TL is just their excuse to save money. After everyone reads this how much money do you think they'll save?

Thats a lame excuse. If they said that particular battery was not designed for big motors with high compression then they should just come out and say that.
Im rocking some walmart batteries for my tl but if they become unreliable or give me grief ill be in the market for some new batteries. I guess i can cross list company off the list.

Obviously the only thing to do is counter their crappy customer service with some shady actions.
Need to find someone buying a new battery, have them run it for a week and send yours back in for warranty.

i just got some in a couple weeks ago and to quote the warranty document "they are compatible with your vehicles charging system and can be used in a total loss application"
no where does it say not too but advises about draining down to 6v
get someone else to call them and say it was used on a harley
