Just did a virtual 'flyover' with google earth.
In NE Fla, the best ride spots are the inlets and we know of the only 3.
-Jacksonville - Ft George Inlet
-St Augustine - Vilano beach Inlet
-The Not-so-secret Spot :shhh:

Any further south is too far for us SE Georgians to drive for a day trip. :sadwavey:

Yea... I know. I even got a pm suggesting that I delete the pics etc....

Newsflash!!!! The couchers that are gonna use the spot are already using the spot. They've been trickling over ever since their launch area on the north side was closed. More after the sand blocked-off granny's hole & turned it into granny's pond.

THere's not that many of them. Most don't even ride in the surf. A lot of them are actually very easy to get along with. And yes, some are very good friends!

And soon they will stop coming to the spot. Once they catch a full-moon low tide, they will realize that they can't leave the creek.
As a matter of fact, stand-up ski's are getting dragged across the mouth of the creek on a full moon low.

Most of 'em just launch there with their coolers & tubes etc... and go hang out on the north side. You only see 'em when they launch or load.

The secret spot has never really been a secret. Couchers just liked it elsewhere. Now they don't have a choice.

A lot of fisherman used to put in at granny's hole as well. They come to the spot now as well. But they launch and leave.

The only thing that has really changed is parking.
