what part the cables heating up? i just reread back thru and he had a bad terminal that may be the problem. I just wondered if his starter is a good oem one or something old or what. I think he has good stuff because of the flame's attitude towards starting skis.

my oem needed a rebuild after 1 week in daytona. It is still going strong but it was brand new the year i went and after daytona it sat until spring and apparently had water in it and was stuck good. have you felt your cables to see if they warm up on a good crank of the motor?

cool, are you going to pull the trigger on one? I don't run a bilge pump ever because i did not install one. I have MSD TL. What setup do you have to test this in? oem, enhancer tl, etc.

it was going to take 634 minutes to upload, haha i will try. the video is 1 min long of 4-5 cranks. out of the water so the starter motor is not under full load. but after 2 hour ride with no precharge correct?

61X/62T bigbore with an epic and bilge pump
Yes, I bought his setup. It will be going into my carbon rev, 809 BJ performance stroker, Msd total loss, mag pump. I don't run a bilge as the WDK ski's come with scuppers. With the odyssey I have now, I can ride two days on a charge, ski fires up instantly. So I'm stoked to be dropping 15lbs or so with the battery an tank swap.

you should have no problems that i can see with either setups, charging system with bilge will work, and the msd tl without bilge should work good too. I was thinking MattE sold you his Flame so he could keep his shoria battery and run a MSD again like real men do, haha.
