Lead time from repair to install. Basically.

The horsepower you gain from nikasil for an "nth" degree of competition is worthy of the hassle, but for a general application, in my opinion isn't worth the headache.

I think the top deck has to be a SXR top to be open legal. Bottom can be aftermarket. so I don't know if it is legal or not. The PV is though.

No real updates, except we are making our second run right now.

Had a few at WF both in boats and in the water and on engine stands to see, look and touch.

I have said before, dyno numbers will most likely never be released.

I don't know what additional information you want, I certainly want to help out, but I don't know what you are asking for.
