Had my eyes on one yesterday, this is very well done, looks killer, solid bolt up design..... I wish i had ordered one, it would have saved me a shisload of grinding! Awesome job FryH.

Fair enough and I completely understand. I'm sure you have tons of hours in R&D on this part and don't want to give that away. Please add me to the list for a raw aluminum bracket and backing plate.

Understand that I have a ski with a busted pole and I'm itching to ride; I don't want to put a SN pole on it if I can do this conversion.

Update: Finally starting on them! The shop has been CRAZY. But I am making a freaking butt-load of them this time.

So I sent out a mass PM to everyone who was asking about the brackets, but will post here too. I am just starting to get some of them ready to go out. If you want a plain bracket, I should be able to ship within a couple days. Anodized brackets will be a little longer because I have to get a batch cleaned up and ready to go to the anodizers.

Is anyone interested in non-cleaned-up brackets? I usually bead blast them to get rid of some of the milling marks and scratches.

$125 for plain, $150 for anodized.

Probably could do $115 for a non-cleaned-up machine-finish bracket. I hesitate to offer these because I like to control the finish. But it would allow me to get them out much quicker. I'll try to get a pic up soon, but it would be similar to the pile of base plates on page 3.

Now, I need a chinpad for the RN pole and to chop the RN pole.

Of course none of it is going to be installed until I take my spare hull, reinforce, refoam, paint etc. this winter and then move everything over. The only other thing I plan to do is change my steering setup and bars. After that I think I'll be happy.

I just need to make sure there is space at Smoofer and Bills jetlab.

Gotcha - PM me which one you want and a zip and I can get you a full price. I should have ano brackets of both black and clear back from the anodizer any day now...
