Hi mate in a previous message you mentioned it was tight to install the last wear ring and you never installed the rubber seal
I mailed Larry and asked if any modifications were needed
Did you machine down your mid-shaft or just install as normal

Yep that's true, I just used 5200. I guess the grinding is for the rubber seal then? I bought the machined midshaft from Larry and pressed it myself. Everything fit together well. We'll see now that I'm taking the current setup apart.

The wear ring I'm going to install the same as yourself. Just bolt in as in your pic you sent over
I just ordered my skat trax billet pump 155mm from blowsion
I asked Scott at blowsion and I could have run a 160mm pump but might have had problems getting a 160mm wear ring
When you order your new prop make sure you let the supplier know what size engine and your weight as it makes a big difference on power ( you learn something new everyday)

I started the process of rebuilding my ski over the weekend. For reference, here is my b-pipe setup with the stock waterbox. I changed out the 45 degree coupler from pipe to waterbox with an equivalent 90 degree coupler. Also had to change the output coupler and cobble my own exhaust tube together. I needed this angle because of the size of the hull and where the engine is mounted. IMG_0303.JPG
