Freestyle Bun hull build (maxx hull)

A larger pump has higher flow capacity, this is more efficient for making thrust at lower speeds than increasing pressure. Plus it allows lower blade angles for a given load which improves hookup over a smaller pump with steeper blades. Hub diameters also need to grow but Skat will wait until they need something "new" in order to sell pumps.

This is my thoughts on the pump subject. @Fx1boy the 144mm pump that most (yami guys) are riding, was first intruducet in an SJ 650 with around 60hp. Then SJ 701 twin carb came, with 73hp and the same 144m pump. then people start messing with bolt on parts, porting, big bore and stroker kits and most - still rocked their 144mm pump. The waveblaster 760cc comes stock wtih a 155mm pump, to a ca. 90hp engine and a heavy hull. It made a huge diffrence going from my setup wtih a 144mm pump to a 155mm OEM pump, but remeber you gotta have a intake duct that is made for a pump of that size, else you will bump into a bottle neck effect.

And a bow eye have hade the hood cranked down the last 2 days, and helpede alot with hood sitting too High with the watcon seal. Also got my chin pad from maxx and assempelt the midshaft, shaft is from cold fusion nice peice.

the max pumps dont allow the prop to sit very close to the veins and that means slippage/less hook up. the veins are quite a bit thicker on the max, which means more resistance to the flow. max pumps are not as good/efficient as skat but much cheaper. the bigger the hub, the less dead space behind the prop where unwanted turbulence is/ can be created.i would think the 155 or larger pumps should also have a relatively larger hub than the 144 pump.

Ski is looking good, but are hood hooks on upside down and that is also making hood high in front? Dont have a ski to look at to compare right now.

I like the look of the Rickter adjustable bindings as seen on You Tube video Rickter Edge 2015. I have not tried these don't know what they feel like. It would be nice to adjust where your feet stand.

@Fx1boy adjustable footholds are nice, but once you adjusted them to fit your foot. Thats more or less it. I wouldn't do it, in a hull not designed with adjust footholds.
I would get some big (Superfreak, KDX/DVX) footholds and make them fit your foot!

@stefan dont wanna be a pain in the arse, but i might be the camera angle, but looks like your positive cable to the battery could be colliding with the couplers, when they come in?
