It says a lot that people weren't comfortable?/able?/willing? to post about their experiences with a builder until now. I'm curious why some of you guys are waiting until now to say something? Is it a fear of standing alone? I don't get it.

It seems like you'd want to do all us other riders out there a favor by warning us about bad experiences. What purpose does it serve to speak up now?

Please explain it to me.

Its rough. When I posted legit negative feedback about Blowsion I had to fight all the blowsionettes. I couldn't just leave the feedback and be done with it because pepes wanted to say I was this or that and I had to defend.

I know I will think twice (NOT!!!!!) about starting a legitimate negative feedback thread in the future cuz I know the drama that follows.

i'm still hung up on the dyno thing. check out this thread

125 HP @ 3500 rpm
138 HP @ 4500rpm
149hp @ 5500rpm
159hp@ 6500rpm
143hp@ 7500rpm

hahaahahaha - I would love to see any of the graphs of all these guys that had their engines Dynoed. Dynos are expensive also. Was anyone ever charged for dyno time? Its a pretty extensive process to dyno an engine - not just and easy plug and play. I know if I had a dyno, I would be charging extra if anyone wanted to know their HP. Help offset the price of the thing. :deal:

I met Paul back in 01 was in and out of the NJ shop many times a year. I alway just bought parts. He's a nice guy who can ride pretty good and build a nice boat but I think he lacks motor knowledge. He shoot's from the hip with a lot of advice but can't back it up. He definity gives BS HP claims and I really don't think he has a dyno.
Awhile back when he clamied the "TNT' chamber was the best thing ever made. He made a comment saying he was testing 1 on a limted SXR. Me beinging a kawi guy. I questioned him the next time I saw him. He had no facts. I asked about tach numbers or prop pitchs. He just said it pulled hard. Come on. BS he never even ran 1 on an sxr. This is just a little example of a lie I remember Paul telling me. I guess I'l letting this out becuase I don't want people to think Pete is going crazy or dishonest. Paul used Pete to get his name out and a lot of people got burned and Pete has to hear about it. I know people here in NJ that have had problems. It's shame the same forums that made him famous with also expose he's a hack.
I'm done doing business with Paul. I'll see him in the water or bar but not the shop.

I forgot!
Pete, i have a whole new respect for ya! i have seen paul screw my buddy out of an entire ride season starting in mid winter, seen a pump gas motor come out of his shop with 220+ compression, bullpoo stories of delivery dates on motors and parts to be shipped to other builders to do what he should have done. I can't believe it open bash season. lol

Pretty impressive making 125 HP at 3500 RPM now that I think about it. That's like just above a high idle, and making as much HP as a decent superstock at full tilt. His engines kill RXP's...........

regardless of what shop did this or that to who-ever's ski. For a sponsored rider to come on here and not only air dirty laundry, but air it with calous disregard for future representation from anyother shop is nothing short of career suicide.

I seriously hope you are quitting. If I had any outgoing funds or resources to you and your program, I'd pull the plug as fast as I could.

Wether you are right or wrong, this the exact opposite of how you should handle a situation like this. What a waste!

At LPW, we are certified in Yamaha, Kawasaki & Sea-Doo watercraft. You can be assured of quality service second to none, having complete in house machine shop, diagnostic equipment & certified techs.

Who is "we" and by whom are "we" certified? What are "we" certified to do and how many techs are "we"?

Since when did surf riding become a career. Most sponsorships are discounts on parts or services and maybe a few minor freebees.

Actually there are standards for certified mechanics. I didn't even say he wasn't certified. To my knowledge not many of the other builders here CLAIM to be certified. Nor do they claim to have a dyno. Asshat!:biggthumpup:J/K

I am curious though, what are the standards for certified mechanics?

I don't know. Maybe Wedoseadoo will post. "we"doseadoo is a certified wrench for several different manufacturers I believe. His shop also only has one "we". Who knows?
