Here is our page with some of our local riders and to give you a idea of what the scenery is like.
I was still waiting to do a head count but i will be talking to the city next week to see what i can get for location and dates. There are 2 locations one of which has lots of space that would have a field for camping and no extra charge but no beach instead has a large low dock.
another is the beach and camp site combo which would be more money for you to camp but better location.

Talked to the city today things look good, just need to do the paper work, and final arrangements. It will be held at St. Lawrence park Brockville. which has beaches, camping, canteen, showers, parking for trailers...

PRICES FOR CAMPING
WITH POWER $39.50 per night
WITHOUT POWER $33.75 per night

I will have more info posted with in a few weeks when paper work is finalized. Just giving an update
Total cost of admission will depend on insurance and head count. I will keep everyone posted

Once the paperwork is in order, the next thing to do is hit up the manufacturers for some promotional give away prizes. Anything like Yamaha hats or decals down to whatever anyone is willing to offer. That's how the Cronulla Beach Rip 'N Ride got started and look at them now, Yamaha donated a SuperJet last year along with a local dealer. This is an awesome start though, congrats on the preliminary approval man :D

The date chosen is July 25th and 26th. This date has not been summited to the city yet so if anyone knows of another event going on or why this would be a bad date please let me know.

An inquiry has been submitted, a friend of mine might have the date for the Can Am freeride out on Lake Erie. I will let you know as soon as I find out when they anticipate it to be.

Edit: No date has been established for the Can Am freeride so no worries about overlapping that event.
