-61x cylinder @ 82mm with sport port exhaust and intake sleeve trimmed. Also all transfer ports cleaned and matched
-35cc domes at 170psi , .045" squish clearance (thinking of going to the 33cc domes)
-62t case with minor epoxie work to allow finger porting in the intake to the transfers.
-Dual aftermarket Sbn 44's on r&d intake with vf3's
Jetting specs
Brand = MIKUNI
Model = A/M SBN new
Size =44
Quantity = 2
Main Jet = 110
Pilot Jet = 125
Needle/Seat = 2.3
Spring = 95gr, 19 psi popoff
Pilot screw = 3/4
Main Screw = 1
-B-pipe and mod chamber with only top screw open just enough to keep couplers from melting. One cooling line running right from pump to bottom of head pipe for fresh water. Head pipe water exits at top to a T one going overboard and the other to the flow control valve at the stinger.
-H20 designs flowbox with 2.5 inch exit piping
-61x electrics with a few degrees advance on the stator and stock flywheel lightened with msd enhancer rev limit at 8500.
-1100 wave raider oem pump with skat swirl 7/15 big hub prop with 5mm cut back, stubby pump cone, reduction bored to 90mm and trim locked at neutral position. The x jet hull's pump tunnel is also alot longer then a stock intake helping feed the pump, which is also a key to making it all work. It seems the most aftermarket hulls have just gone wider instead of longer allowing you to use an intake grate which I cannot.

Over all this setup has been super reliable and has room for more power with things like 33cc domes or total loss but this will be my 5th season on this motor build. I tore it apart at the start of last season and it looked great still, it is fairly good on gas and I just run 91 pump.

I am figuring out the hulls handling and I am excited to dial in my setup wakes and start hucking this thing.

One month ride report,
Finally figured out how to turn this thing, so I can make some half azz setup wakes. When I get it right it has more then enough brap to roll, flip and spin but the hull stability is something to be desired. I may be in the market for some tubbies. Had a couple few incidents coming out of the footholds already.
The 7/15 prop is going to get pitched down to at least 12 on the trailing edge and I will be set. The 155 pump still amazes me, considering the gains I have found without changing anything else in my drivetrain.

image.jpeg image.jpgI never manage to get my best airs when the cameras are around but this ski impresses me every time I ride it for how simple the setup is. After lots of setup talks I think the monster pump intake on this hull is really what makes the 155 work. Also the fact the oem pump doesn't have a big hub allows the pump a bit more time to pressurize, in turn allowing the motor to get into the powerband before the pump loads it, is really making for a fun freeride ski and I am liking this hull a lot more now that I have figured out its handling. I think I am going to Order the 701 surf fins and put the rrp ninja footholds in this winter otherwise I am really happy with this current setup.
