Ya,he is no joke.
I have seen his work in person and wow is what I say.
I was very impressed when I stopped by to buy a hull.
Great guy also.
Nice work dude.

I don't know how all you hull builders sell these things for the prices you do without cheap mexasian labor. This is the 3rd/4th build I've done and it's still a crapton of work.

With these hulls you have to plumb it and bond the decks yourself?

No, it was just an option they took. They wanted to set the hulls up themselves and probably cut out a little $$ for the labor. Complete and assembled hulls are an option.

Ok I was gunna say plumbing and bonding is 4/5th's the work. Total nightmare Ahahahha I would never do it.

Yup, these are how "kits" come. I was afraid to sell kits in fear of failing like the stunt hull did. These boys are doing it right. And the same way we would do it.

Well I think I've got my paint plan figured out. Going with a bright white pearl base, four coats of HOK lime gold candy, and topped off with two coats HOK organic green candy. Hoping it comes out similar to that antifreeze green paintjob on the bottom of a chan posted a while ago. Has anyone shot a candy before? How difficult is it to get the overlap right?

Make sure your coats are even, keep the same overlap as much as possible. Remember to count the number of coats and allow proper flash times between each.
