Other Carbon RCW Brawler Kit Build x2

We are about 80% of the way prepped for paint. I think Limitedslip7 as about done. I still have some work to do on my top deck before paint.

Unfortunately with as cold as it's been it might be a few weeks before we can spay. I'm not sure but I think Limitedslip7 wants it to be around 40ish outside before attempting to paint. Something to do with fumes and the heaters and explosions. I tried to tell him to stop being a sissy.

Well since the weather sucks and we can't paint for a couple weeks Limitedslip7 decided to design up some gas tanks in cad. And mock up in card board. Pretty cool! It's good to have friends that are engineers

I'm still working on finishing up the design and will hopefully have a quote on the laser cuts in a few days. Fuel capacity should be around 4.5-5 gallons and will fit a Brawler hull (maybe Chans too?) with either a B-pipe or Powerfactor. Battery tray will be sized for a Deka ETX-6 (I think, I'll have to check the battery model later). I was only planning on making two and seeing if anyone wants to buy the models and prints so they can make their own/produce them, but we'll see.

I have no idea yet, depends on how much my laser cutter wants. I'm going to try and finish the design up tonight and tmrw if possible. I've been working long hours at work so I haven't had much time to work on the ski the past few weeks. I'm free tonight though so I'll get back at it.

You doing the bending? If you were closer I'd say give me a shout that's what we do.

I give you a hard time about the cardboard because we have a customer who sends in cardboard models with prints from solid works but they claim they don't have the solid models for us to quote from.
