Carburetor (specs) Database: SuperJet and Blaster 1

Try turning the screws another .5 turns riCher and see if anything changes. If not go in .5 turns lower. If there is still no change it is possible your issue is electric related.

Thanks a lot.
You are right.
Those 38's with internal adjusters are hard to reach.
I will try a long thin screwdriver.
Thanks Quinc.

Need Carb Advice:
I just built a motor that rips hard with the OEM 38's. I feel like it has more to give, and need to be convinced not to slap my
D-Booster NOVI 48's on it. Yes you read that right... It's running perfect and I have the urge to put 48's on.

What would be a good place to start with the NOVI 48's? Water temp is high around 80* all year long, and the air is hotter and very humid.

Thanks,

Brand = Mikuni
Model = SBN
Size = 38
Quantity = 2
Main Jet = 142.5
Pilot Jet = 75
Needle/Seat = 1.5
Spring = cut dull silver with 18 psi popoff
1 1/2 turns on the highs
1 1/4 turns on the lows
- - - - - -
Gas Octane = 91
Altitude = Sea Level
Main type of riding = Freeride
Would it pass the 10 second WOT test = Yes, Yes, and Yes!
Powerband = good low end, and midrange power. Top end is good, but feels like I'm not taking advantage of the motor.

Motor type/setup = 82mm Bored and Ported 61x cylinders, Ported 62T cases by me. 36cc domes, B Pipe, MSD ignition, RAD charging flywheel, Skat 140mm Setback Pump with a Skat 13/19 I think. 2000 Superjet Hull

Try changing your pilot to a 125 sometime. I have a similar setup and pipe and run 165h 130 pilot with 11psi pop off.

Yes i try already nnd have funny problems. Need smaller pop of for smooth idling and good start and run great, but when i stop riding need to open gas cap little because pop off is so low and overfill engine with gasoline. 125 and curent pop off boging afther hard cornering. Maybe need flow flame arestor. Or 62t cases.

I destroyed one of my carbs. I need to buy a new one, I have dual 38's. In the Pic, which 38 should I buy? Top or bottom ?
