get out and ride
i live in North dakota and im never moving, its been 80's all week here and this last winter we got 6 feet of snow great for sled riding, just find where the big boats are and it wont be flat water

I say Florida too. I have had it with flat stinking water. I hate hate hate it and I am ready to sell my Envy right now. What is considered cheap in FL...but nice.

everyone thinks fl is so great....trust me its gets real boring down here fast, its so hot i dont even want to go outside, i feel like im going to get heat stroke if i want to go to the track

besides its been flat here for like 2 months, and the salt water, flushing the ski washing it after every ride gets old fast too

o yea dont sell you ski!! you will regret it when the waves are pumping and all of your friends are going out riding

wow this thread really took off. didn't count on that. i have no problem living on an island with beer and pot. plus i can run the machines in the machine shop. all that live there will have huge motors that the jet ski world has never seen before.

I moved from Cleveland to Yuma, AZ 5 years ago. Needless to say I'm never moving back!

I hear ya.. I moved here from Nebraska 6.5 years ago to Lake Havasu. We have a very long riding season and you could ride in the winter if you wanted. I usually go from March 1st to Christmas.
There I wished for sunny days,, here I wish for cloudy ones.

I dont miss mowing lawns and scooping snow, what a waste of time. I dont miss tornado's and I dont miss corn! lol
I just have to put up with the month and a half of Monsoon season. Thats in July/Aug where instead of being dry it gets humid and is like 108-120 degrees..

Good points there about Florida.......I don't know man....Cali then? Hawaii? Where are there ALWAYS waves?

california has waves all the time but its cold (nothing new for you lol) hawaii is super expensive even for a little shack. just ride it out....summer up there isnt bad. every summer i go to buffalo to ride with frosty and i have the most fun all year, everytime i go up there there are always waves

pshh cuz you come on lucky weekends!

I love and HATE buffalo at the same time. I HONESTLY want to move so bad, but on another note i can not imagine not living here.

I HATE snow.. but i cant picture Xmas with out the snow
Owning any summer or winter vehicle is pointless here.. you get a 3-5 months for summer and winter toys and the time in between when there is no snow and its not warm is terrible.

it's flat everywhere in the summer. it's not just florida.

the sweet spot in florida is sebastion to st. augustine. I personally like the tampa bay area for a place to live but the gulf's waves aren't great but the east coast is only 2.5 hrs away.

Lake Erie can be insane. Korn and ripped 13 footers once. And we all rip nice 6-8 in the Fall.....but I don't know man....I should have stuck with skydiving or just ....eating and farting or something.....I mean my God. I have serious serious inversion withdrawal. I'm gonna go stand on my head or hang upside down or something...

I'm watching those RC51 vids now smurf-n-surf.

I love lake erie waves on windy days!

Cmon soo close to cleveland.. no boat wakes to jump when its glass?

I moved not knowing a soul. My parents have 100 acres in upstate NY where I could build a house. But only 1 state cuts it for me.

For me if the lake is super calm and its not a weekend at the beach i will ride the Niagara. Atleast one boat passes every few min.

I still wish i had surf though :(

Where at man...I will drive there anytime to ride the hole.
