Surfriding D-Nices RN SJ de-foam/renforce build

when the time comes to drop motor in and reassemble everything anyone in jersey who wants to give me a hand with running water lines, in line filters, flowcontrol valve, shimming motor/pump, etc... ill provide beer/bud/food and fire the woodstove up in garage. its been a while since i took everything apart and could use some help

my boy finally started doing some paint work on my ski, heres a pic of the white base coat and heres the graphic design. hes still gotta do a lil more work to the graphics he said befor he clears it but i think it looks pretty sick as is already

what type of glass did you use for the tray and footholds? did you use the bottom and side tray pieces that you cut out and insert them back in and just glass the places over where you cut? sorry for the noobs questions lol. great build by the way.

used 6 oz s-glass an the carbons 5.7 oz i believe. an yea i jus put the side pieces back an tray back in an glassed em then carboned over as u can see in the pics

thanks guys! and just cuz it looks good dont meen i wont BEAT THE SHAT OUTTA IT! lol i should be turfen it this week. i got black molded diamond for the inside of the holds an bottom of tray since its more durable and will be doing the rails and tray walls in blue diamond. i took a peice of blue turf to the paint place an got a good match so the paint an turf should look real good together. itll be my first turf job so i hope i dont mess up to bad

thanks man, im workin on turf now. hopefully ill have her up an goin in a month. hit me up im down to ride with everyone from jersey. prolly ride brigantine mostly. only like 25 min away from there

finally puttin up more pics, first check out my shop aka old bedroom in my moms house, did it inside since it was still cold outside when all the turfin started.
first i turfed the rails except the back for now

next i added padding to the top of the foot holds an back for comfort and sanded it nice, also added turf to the top of the tray walls so it was smooth an nice on the elbows but forgot to take pics
