uh, thanks. lol. my tray is glassed back together this weekend, my sponsons are very parabolic, new skat swirl E-75 prop is on its way with a new skat reduction nozzle and 89/90mm rings. Almost time to think about some cheap paint, ugly turf and some assembly.

I am kinda dutch, wooden shoes, wooden head, wouldn't listen. I found a big enough tree to cut down and hollow out in the shape of my topdeck. I had to use two planks per side and then inlayed aluminum strip to tighten up the seam. It is much stronger than fancy composite topdecks and better for the enviroment.

ya call him right now! ive been bugging him all winter to let me cut it up but he says that fiberglass is too much work to play with. So when we took the 650 out of the SJ i noticed that there are 2 crackes on either side of the hull so we glassed it and it wasn't hard to do at all. so now i gotta convince him to chop the hull a few inches and change the pole to a RN pole.

You need to defoam that hull. There are two ways to gain performance. Increase power or reduce weight. Whatever setup you go with for the season. If you can loose 30-50 lbs from wet foam and useless authentic crap, and long hull. Then your ski will perform that much better. Tell him that lol.

love your build Derek .. but what!! ?? I love teh stock stipes look etc .. we re-glassed his hull today re=strengtheded / repaiered .. have the 701 wetjet engine set up and b pipe .. thats enough .. for now for Daniel ..

if i can get him to redo the turf this year then we will defoam it for sure and possibly add some footholds.. but again he said that he likes the orignal turf

Alex hockey had his power factor over yesterday. I am jealous. The next exhaust I buy is for the veedub.

Here are the two 771s side buy side. I got power valve he has powerfactor. I am going to have to pull out all the stops to have a stronger setup than Alex this year.
