I did some glassing and managed to set my pump shoe. I am slowly getting it done. I have some more work to do with shaping in and around the pump shoe and scoop grate.

Yesterday I used some two part por15 white paint that will seal my pump intake. It's not perfect but good enough for my ski. I thinks my next move is to tap the pump shoe for my intake grate and reinstall the steer cable hull fitting.

This is some product I use for sealing. I am going to paint the bottom oh my hull with the por15 once I grind off years of rattle can paint and once I finish building the side sponsons. It is very durable. The pc-7 sticks to the glass very well when prepped properly.

I did a bit of grinding for clearance of the steer cable.
I need to get my reduction nozzle dropped off to get some welding done on it.
I think I am going to beef it up and then bore it out to accept my stainless rings.
I have up to 88mm but if I leave them out I should have bigger than 90mm.
I got the pump shoe tapped, so I guess it's time to order a prop and I can install the pump for good.
And finally, I put some paint on my old ride plate.

I got a few parts last night. My 550 tank worked great and it fit tight holding a decent amount of fuel. But, It is old and never sealed well. Going to be running a cart tank.... At least a pfp will fit in the future.
