Today I was able to open up my pump shoe to match the 155 wear ring. I used a dye grinder and matched it very close. I am going to hit it with a sanding drum to finish it off. I removed the old prop off the 155 pump, and banged out the drive shaft. I then used the old prop as a prop tool to remove my 144 skat prop. This is because my prop tool is 1.3 hrs away. It worked, off came the prop, then out came the TBM and superjet driveshaft. I put the TBM into the 155 with a little work and then popped the superjet drive shaft in. woohoo, so far so good. I am going to order a skat e-75 155 swirl prop soon and I need to get a pump seal too. I am going to open up the intake by widening it. I also hope to grind out 5-6mm everywhere. That is the plan. so far. I will get some pics up so we can take a look at it.
