I looks like the front prop housing is the 14mm longer problem. The tabs line up to the front of the housing as the 144 pumps do but it has pushed the stator section back that 14 mm. The superjet shaft and bearing press in the same distance as in the 144. I think that is how I am not getting the engagement and it still bolts up the same.

image.jpg image.jpg Well boys there she is in living colour. I am getting 3/8 short on this setup. That's a jetmaniac shaft in an oem 144 at the front and my 155 at the back with the big bearing and couch shaft shortened to the exact same length as a superjet shaft. I would probably run it like this after how long Droc did but I just spent $$$$ on a new midshaft and housing. I needed to see it in front of me to sort it all out otherwise my brain likes to mess eveything up

I used one superjet bearing and one from the 155 pump. I thought I kept a superjet 144 front bearing on the front and used the 155 back one but I may have it backwards. It's been along time since I did it.

you pretty much have the most views. I looked back a few pages to see the progression of the log jet but a bunch of the old pictures are gone. you prolly used the 144 front bearing cause thats the big one in the oem 155

I think either bearing would work fine, just can't use the superjet style drive shaft with the big bearing without turning the drive shaft down a bit

I am not use to having my stuff go this long without service or repair. My crank is not new anymore but it's showing no signs of failure and is still smooth so I am going to run it another season. I got the bottom case cleaned up.

Do you need some material to build a bench?

I need to give a shout out to dinner for hooking me up. I owe you some beers next time when you not on duty. I got a bunch more sanding done on the hull. And started some glass repairs on a few spots. That should stop a lot of the leaks.
