Colm's race gas 701. I found a few mistakes on the motor. Two manifold bolts have not been shortened so the washers are loose. At least it's not over torqued and broken, that I can see. Flywheel cover has a few loose bolts too. Everything else is nice and new with fresh everything which has me worried. Lol.

good job Dr Droc is on the case, everyone seems to overlook the little details these days. Gomez has a rear tank plumbed in with a front tank as well for that extra long run time. Those surf guys have to ride a long way to get to their spots sometimes

Got the pump in. I use a ratchet strap to crank the pump forward to seal the pump and so I could get the bolts in. I love wrenching on skis this time of year.

No it doesn't so it we machine the mid shaft so the shoulder is cut back 14mm I could press it in further and the rickter has a spacer for the coupler and the motor slides back at least 14mm.

Motor, pipe, electrics, fuel lines, most cooling lines and stuff are all in. Tommorrow I can fire it up I am sure. I do need to get a different head. And Jetx is getting my turf and under padding sorted. I am happy how it's turning out. Good enough for an 11 year old.

yea that shouldn't be a problem then. I think I have heard of people doing this as opposed to a longer driveshaft
