I had the ski back together last night but I had zero spark. So I took the ebox apart and found a break in the wire harness at the grommets. I fixed that and it fired up. Tomorrow night I will button it back up.

The SN is all buttoned up and winterized. I fogged it and put stabilizer in the tank. Onto the next ski.

This pump has been in for 3 seasons. I am glad to see the prop is still in great shape and bearings are smooth.

Hey droc can you push your midshaft back to get your proper engagement?

I thought I pressed it in all the way and had my motor all the way back with a good coupler gap. It may be different when installed in the rickter.

So it looks like the hours and seasons have been adding up on my motor. I am going to break it down and freshen some internals, hone and put new seals and gaskets in it. Everything is still nice and clean inside. Outside needs some work.

Apparently I have some new 85 mm rings in my parts stash so I don't need to order those. I do need some 22mm topend bearings. I think I can get them from winners circle.

Some Spray 9 should do it

Yeah a good clean and maybe a fresh coat of por15 to make it a bit nicer.

Does your bendix even work? Droc show him the door handle and then see what he thinks.....

The bendix actually worked fine. It sounded a little dry though. I will use a different pulse line plug if someone can show me a better cheaper one than I used.
