my manifold looks ok, its the headpipe that has me concerned, I even got the ATP p.v. spacer but it doesn't come with the bolts you need and I dont know where to source longer ones in stainless.

Reach out to Brian at Thrust Innovations. I bought my DASA 850 setup from him and ended up needing a spacer becuase the rear valve wasn't opening completely. I coud have grinded the head pipe to gain the proper clearance but I opted not to. If you're not sure about whether or not its opening completely, remove the head and move it up manually with your finger - that's the only way I could tell for sure.

Brian had the spacer and longer SS head pipe bolts.

Bedplate to case bolts, the long ones.

Matt Im pretty sure thoese are normal M10 bolt, meaning 10x1.5mm thread were the 3 bolts for the factory headpipe is 10x1.25 fine thread.

No. There isn't a single M10x1.50 anywhere on a Superjet (or any Yamaha ski).
Case bolts work.

Those should have the internal restrictions intact. Art doesn't modify those. No need for a return line restrictor.

First on-water test was this weekend, felt a little sluggish, found my rear powervalve wasnt clearanced as well as I had thought and the boot came off. I'll have more after this weekend at Wavedaze! first impressions though. It had alot more get up and go than my Jetmaniac 710, but still not running 100% yet.

I haven't been hush hush.my on water testing has been a little scarce. I notice way more top end power than my Jetmaniac 710, but it's a whole lot more CC's too. I still need to play with some fuel settings and pump adjustments, possibly even a new impeller pitch as I think I may be spinning at lower rpm causing lack of bottom grunt. I'll post all when we get this thing dialed in. This thing is pretty fun in my freak
