Anyone else running a cast Dasa/Lamey engine with PowerFactor Pipe? I'm looking for more data on these engines. I'm going to try:

8 mil Lamey 7 port (LPW)
BJ 48's
MSD TL
144 Skat Mag
PFP

I need prop recommendations, nozzle bores, and pipe setups.

thanks boys

What bore your running ?

I runned a 781 Stock stroke cast powervalve also with a PFP.
Pump setup was 144 non setback solas mag with 12-17 c75 prop nozzle bored to 86 mm.
Same jetting specs as my 10 mm 885.

With this pump setting i switched to 10 mm 885 and it was really bad it only climbs fast in rpm and grabs really high in the rpm(spinning the bottom real hard).
After this i switched to a 148 setback mag pump with a 13-18 skat and this is way better then the 144 12-17 combo but still not perfect i think i need to go 11-17 to be in the ballpark for this engine.
I think with a 144 mag you should be in the ballpark with 13-19 / 14-19 c75
As for jetting it was perfect at once just putted the carbs without touching them.

Hi everybody.
I have the opportunity to put in my blaster 1 for short bouy track, one 772 dasa 7 port 85,5 flat top piston, with msd enhancer, factory pipe, 2x46, pfm flywheel.
Is it good to do short track?
