Sorry we don't have very many pictures to post this year. The conditions were really bad. With the wind and salt spray, we just couldn't take the camera out of the truck very much.

Check out the flatwater Friday thread. Lots of pictures in it.

Sorry guys. That's all I got unless you want a bunch of pictures of me doing nothing worth watching. Check the flatwater thread. Weather was safe for the camera, so lots of images there.

Honestly, Most pro's are just like you and I. I have met plenty of them. They no different than us. Then there are those Pro's that are complete Arrogant Pricks. I will not name names.

Actually, I have found most of the pricks are the amateurs with high dollar skis. They made me feel like I was in their way. It's a shame. I could buy one of those same skis, but when my favorite rider to watch is an amateur rocking a FX1 with a random picture of a monster on the side, that rarely goes aerial, the cost of your ski becomes pretty irrelevant to me.

JD absolutely shreds!! I don't know who won the surf competition but JD was the most exciting to watch IMO even after his routine when he brapped the throttle to slide his ski back o to the beach his ski didn't slow down until it slid under a trailer and and a Superjet until his handlepole stopped his ski. Pure aggression and entertainment from start to finish.

Ha!...good timing on the pic! Thankfully, all that got messed up was the poor dudes taillight (which i paid for). Franky got away clean with only the tiniest scratches that are lost in all the other scratches.....this ski has never been babied!

Best news of the ride.

Who won anyway?

I think that is the coolest part of this sport is how approachable the pros are. You can walk right up and talk to them ask them for pointers what ever and go ride with them. Try that on a NFL field and be escorted out head first.

I assume you are talking about my buddys and I that parked on the opposite side of you? Last I knew asking someone if they mind moving their truck over a bit, and then saying thanks, wasn't considered being a prick. I don't have a certain ski to be better than anyone either!

I sent you a pm. I'm not looking to create any drama. In past years I've had people make me feel small and like i was in their way. That didn't happen this year. Maybe it was because I was on a superjet and didn't have to wrench except when I sunk my ski, or maybe it was because I kept to quiet and to myself to avoid any such situations. I did talk to several people who were all very nice and I didn't have any troubles with help loading and unloading my ski. I had no issues this year or hard feelings and that includes you and your friends (not even sure who you are. Only people who asked me to move my truck were the guys in the van who had the box truck last year and we got along great this year and last. My post wasn't at all applicable to those guys). It was a generalization that was based on old hard feeling towards no one in particular that probably would have best gone unsaid.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone I got to meet this year at the Freeride espically everyone who stopped by the Jetmaniac Booth to see our motors.

Ok the first pic is a decent flip taken on Sunday. The second pic is what not to do but it was still a pretty wicked ride.

I would also like to thank the guy that dragged me to my ski when I lost it after that flip ... Its great to know that we all look out for each other....... Thanks Buddy.
