so I just took out my new 96 b1 and the bottom end is just not there, mid is good and the top end is soft also, my jetting should be good. It has wiesco pistons, r&d head, factory mod pipe, and 13-17 prop, to start the tuning process should I start with the carbs or the pipe? I forgot where I set the needles on the carbs but I set it the same as someone else on here with the same mods.
