Djkorn1's Trinity EVO Freeride Build

Electric motor torque

Dude!!! Remember talking about that!!! The torque would be insane!!

The torque IS insane. At this point, I'm just running the (electric) Blaster2 in the tank with different voltage, battery, and impeller combinations to gather data. Initially, the thrust levels are very good, the battery life is so-so, and the weight will depend on what we consider to be an acceptable range.

I've designed some really cool stuff (to an engineer, anyway) to make an electric PWC safe. We're talking about A LOT of current, much more than you would want to experience while standing in salt water. Safety is one of the paramount concerns, equal to performance level.

We should be in the water within 5-6 weeks (the water is still really cold here in NJ) with the Blaster2, and a couple of weeks later with the SX-R.

PS: Just so everybody is clear-this is the beginning stage of a commercial development. (quickly ducks inside flame proof suit)

Announcements, when they happen, will be made in the appropriate forum. PM me if you're curious about the project, I'll add you to the email list that I use to keep folks in the loop

lol... you don't look like a school teacher there Sir! :usaribbon:

When are you guys heading to Jersey, and is that where the christening is to take place???
(fyi, I'm still your personal assistant it seems, so that stuff on the emails never got fixed )

I am not sure about the email stuff...I don't have you on any list that I know of....hmmmmmmmmmm. Let me check again.

I don't have a date for Jersey and might not make it out there. I allready have 3 freerides planned for the year.....Virginia, Daytona and Wave Rave along with planning the RockNRide.....

I think I look like Buddha, not a schoolteacher....look at that fat belly. It is ridiculous. I better go work out and and run a few miles....:spank:

ps....thanks for the comment...u know I love ya.

What color is this ski going to be?
Hope it shows up better in pics when in the water! :poke:
No wonder she was so hard to ride in surf...look at all that junk you yanked outta there!!! :nana:

You asked me to christen her this time…I’ll be there for the meet again if possible…we can do it belated to first launch, if you dare …pick a name!

:cheer: VERY cool to learn you are hitting the meets again, but one is STILL missing in your itinerary!!!

Still love you too Boss! Group emails are fine…you Ohioins are hilarious…simply using an inappropriate email addy is all (put the other one in please)! I wouldn’t sweat the Buddha claim if I were you, yet if you feel you need inspiration: :sgrin:

I think this may be it... not sure yet though...

That does look to be a bit brighter green than your other one, so I bet it really will show up better in photos when in the water...the offsetting white will help with that tenfold as well…that’s great! Your old one did show up well for a dark colored ski compared to most dark colored skis in reality. It’s an interesting design you have, and it does indeed look a bit geometric like a math teacher (on crack, lol, jj). Very creative, and I like the sexa girl on it as well. I’m going to play with your design for fun! I’ll shoot it to you via email.

but, I am voting for you to go with a cool looking urban camo (blue/gray) instead of the Kermit the frog meets Eddie VanHalen scheme.

I bet you might be outta luck with that vote, lol. The teacher appears to like green. I bet he wears green boxers, his wife green negligees, he probably prefers green M&M’s, and his favorite day is probably St. Patty’s Day! Plus he’s getting old and set in his ways, lol. (and I bet he likes Kermit too!!!)

Anyone dealing with numbers seem like they would typically be fairly consistent with things, so I’m betting you $1.00 he sticks with green! (He does have that creative film producer and out of control musician side though :scared:, so you may have a chance…wildcard, HA…hard to say!)

I would vote for a color contrasting to water or a cloudy day myself, but I imagine he has his mind fairly set on things already...maybe he can be swayed!

(Zack, I'm really scared to ask, but what's a Wu-Tang, lol?)
