Hull skins weigh 74lbs, lower is 38 and upper is 36. This should put me right on the 100lbs mark.

Order new ODI's
Order WDK steering system.
Order North Graphics Decals.
Fix stripped cable holder on X Metal pole.
Order new Steering Cable and Throttle Cable.
Rip Motor Apart and take Cyllinder across the street to bore.
Order Dakine Strap.
Order Rachet Hood strap.
Send paint design and colors to the painter.....

I better get to work.
