the only thing "budget" about a phantom is the price tag. i gotta say the build quality is on par with most high dollar hulls. mine came in at 92lbs with hood,ride plate,pump shoe,foot holds, turf, and all inserts.
like someone else already said they have been flipped approved with a 760 and bpipe.

Well i wouldnt want to Advise a phantom to anyone, since i Got robbed for 2000usd when i ordered one ultimo 2013 and never Got anything but scammed :(

lol! How would i be confused? I Paid 5500 USD to Trendsetterz. Got nothing but empty promises.
After 6 months i manged to get 3500usd back through VISA. The deposit 2000 USD was Paid front a PayPal balance. So that would be up to Trendsetterz to pay Them back. Never Got anything

Steve and josh was in business. Steve was the guy in front and from what i know, the guy that scammed People. Josh told me he bought Steve out at a discount to cover the guys who Got scammed (me incl)
Josh promised to sort me out. But after a few months he Said, Well i cant see what i get from paying you back. So he let me off with the same 2000usd hole in my bucket. And Yes i do have All message and phone convos saved, so this is not something im making up ;( unfortunately

So PayPal wouldn't refund your money I've had disputes refunded by PayPal on a couple occasions trendsetterz is no longer in business a different person builds the Phantom who did not take your deposit so how is he at fault?

PayPal only help up til 45 days after the transaction
And do not help if you buy a Custom product nor if you pay in 2 parts.
I made the claim 6 months after payment was sent.
Because Josh promised to set this straight and pay me. Because he bought the Company at a discount leaving money to set the scammed guys straight.
So you are telling me that Steve and Josh didnt work together in 2013 when the made the phantom?

Did he offer to build your ski if you sent the 3500$ back I had a chan originally from Steve Josh ate Steves losses and was nothing but helpful to me in my situation sorry it didn't work out for you

I have helped out a dozen people that got ripped off for their deposits. There were two guys including Christian , that I could not help. I've told them both that I could help them out and build them skis, but unfortunately they want their money back. That's something I cannot do as I'm not the one that took their money. I wasn't even building chans when these guys put deposits down on chans! I don't understand why I continue to get bashed by this guy when I've never done anything wrong, but try to help? Has nothing to do with phantom or California freestyle. If Christian put a deposit on a Chan and made a deposit to another guy how does that make our company or products bad in any way? If u ordered a Chan maybe u should try contacting who makes chans?

Josh, did you or did you not promise to build my hull, sell it and send me my 2000usd? Then later regret that?
