Get an aquacart man! I looove mine. As long as you've got it centered on there, it's stable enough you can easily kick in ;)

Custom holds I foamed and glassed in, not great for kicking in but I love them.

25mm regular cut out in the shape of the shoe with 8mm laid in, and 8mm on the top...kinda wished I had made it a little thicker in the bottom of the hold cause they aren't super tight..just seemed 25mm throughout the entire hold and 8 on the top would be to tight, turns out it prob would have been ok

First foothold job? I know I skimped on padding on my first set of footholds.. You can always add padding with a turf patch, on the top or bottom, and still keep it clean looking if you must!

Yeah first time, holds were a breeze!! Turf, not so much!!! I plan on going AM next year so it's not a huge problem, and like you said if it turns out too lose I'll make some heel wedges or run a foam border around the edge of my foot

yeah true, or just put in a turf patch with cut with rounded edges so it won't come undone when you kick in. But yeah, glassing in holds was easy, turfing sucked the first time. Kinda looking forward to turfing and padding this year though, since I kinda got the hang of it now.

Haha well after you've completely gutted and completely reworked, reinforced, refoamed and rebuilt your tray, you start to look forward to things like turfing..LOL
But I still haven't completed all the above I just mentioned...lol, and I'm still looking forward to turfing.

It's so tedious!!! You know that!! It gets hella annoying at times.. But turfing can really piss you off too.

Yeah i guess. I wonder how hard it'll be to turf the sides & footholds with no seems..That might get frustrating lol
