The Best Western in Monroe is a good place to stay, that's where we were 2 years ago. I missed last year due to our 3rd baby's birth so I'm not sure where everyone stayed. Some people camp like we did the first year.

Here are 2 maps showing where to get off the highway and how to get to the riding area.

I would like to plan to attend this.
I need some more info.
Its a 6 hour drive for me to Monroe, MI.

1. Where exactly are we ridding in the states and canada?

2. Any ideas of places to stay, any one want to share a hotel room etc.

3. Here is my planned route: maps.google.com search "Indiana pa to Monroe, MI" Anyone along the way need a ride. I will be by my self with lots of room in vehicle and trailer.

4. Anything else I should know????

It looks like 2.5 hr from monroe to ipperwash (near Grand Bend ON i think) It may make sense for us to just stay at monroe and run up/back to canada for the day..

It looks like 70 bucks a nite at bestwestern.

Would any one want to share a room, we could probably fit 4.
It comes with two beds, microwave, and a coffee maker!!! Thats all I need.

What nite are peeps planning on staying. Maybe we could get a big group rate.

Honestly you're a bit early for detailed planning IMO. Around July-August people will start that kind of planning.

After seeing how many people were there last year, I think I can say the Canadian portion of FrestyleFest will have a little more room.

Because I've been bitten.

I cross the border weekly and only need a birth certificate
If they make passports mandatory they will give you alot of notice so people can get passports.I would think they would give us 6 months or more notice

might still be early for hotel reservations. i thought if it was cool with everyone else i would have the after party sat. night. I live in monroe county and its only about 30 min. from the hot hole. ill have a bon fire and plenty of room on my heated garage floor for people to sleep. I have a sweet party setup so i might as well use it for an x after party!:woot:
