Truly impressive build!! I like how you made that bracket work with the pole you fabbed up. Lots and lots of fiberglass work it looks like. It will be great to see it when its done. The chine walking with that engine should be interesting. Oh wait you put tubbies on it.

It is very interesting to me, I do not have opportunity to order at curry, I am far. I shall build too from a zero. And how at you business with inlet collectors is?

Not quite sure I fully understand the question but I think you are referring to the size of the collector on the exhaust manifold. We will be running dual exhaust so it will have two collectors off the manifold at about 2.5 inches each. Just keep and eye on this thread and we will post pics as we build it.

After a long discussion, we decided that we would rather ride the FX, than work on it all summer, so we called Jeff at Waterdawg and ordered the exhaust from him. We will be sending the cylinders off to US Chrome today for the 90mm bore and re-chrome. Now if we can just get all our other projects done

I see you have the exhaust valves epoxied. Are you guys not going to run them then? I always wanted a PV 800 in a SJ or WB1.

But still, this is a kick a$$ ski!
