HT all the way for me.

And I never thought shipping was all that bad for such huge azz boxes.

But I never have even seen or stepped foot on GG so.......

I personally don't like the way it looks at all (GG).

I install no less than about 10 sets of hydroturf pads on customers boats every year plus the business customers I send directly to their website so they can pick out seat covers for their skis plus whatever I spend on turf sheets for my own skis I believe you may be a tad off there Steve,don't worry though its not the first time you have been wrong and you kinda get used to it after a while.Now we return to our regularly scheduled HT vs GG discussion.

Guys, don't get my thread wrong at all-

Mike spends a ton of money and time on us at races and freerides and it is very appreciated! I am just curious if anyone else has opted for the GG and if they liked/dis-liked it compared to HT.

I really like the stuff. It looks good IMO too. The only gripe I have is that my red is fading a little, but that is too be expected.

I like having different stuff.

Okay...those who go to events, keep that in mind. They sponsor the Rock N Ride and many other rides I have gone too. I have won plenty of HT stuff at events.

I also enjoy the XH2O discount.

Yet another thread seeking objective opinion headed for lock down. To think a few people wonder why I keep it a secret that I am a Hydro Turf dealer.:ugh:(here on the X) If I were to sell/advertise HT here on the X there would be a drama thread attached to every sale.

I think you're a little off base here. No one is telling you that you must support HT, but at the same time they do alot for the sport aspect of watercraft (racers, freeride competitors, etc) that in turn helps the recreational side of things (guys like you who do not compete, attend races, just ride for fun).

The support they have shown has helped at the very least to keep the sport from declining and at best to provide the venues and opportunities to show the world of watercraft to people who might not have otherwise seen it.

But what does this mean to you? Look at it like this...the more people who ride, attend events, buy HT and other products the more they can produce and overall the lower price that these companies that already give so much can offer for their products.

So just because you don't have a huge event in your backyard doesn't really mean there is no benefit for you...its just a slightly more abstract concept for you than for people more involved with the sport side of riding water scooters...
