I Glued the bulk head in place , after deciding to use the SJ driveshaft instead of the fx-1 Drive shaft....I will be using the fx midshaft .

All of the cooling lines , trim , steering and exhaust are all glued in.

I went back and put a layer of 5200 ( black ) over all the seams and around all the lines and tubes. then started cutting and fitting foam.. last pic is the green glue everyone has been asking about.

soo why did you have to go with that exhaust and not a stock exhaust tube? also where did you get the stainless steel cooling lines.

why are you going to use foam inside is the hull not strong enough?
did you ever think of using versi plugs in the drains? if you do put a screen in ft of it to stop anything from making the ball get stuck.

looking very good..

Hey Chad,

When are you guys coming down? I don't know when I am heading to Hawaii yet, so might be around.

Let me know if you want to store the ski down here for a few months. hahahahahaha

Under the tray is all packed with polystyrene

I am ready to cut holes in the topdeck to mount the handlepole bracket. But ... either the bracket is too big , or I need to fill in an area with fiberglass to make a flat area for the bracket...

looking at the old pic from bills boat, it looks like I need to trim the ears off the bracket .
