I still have a shoria but it is a free replacement. Mine worked great but got water in it somehow without ever being submerged. I sealed this one up but have only used it a handful of times. You will hear good and bad stories from any of these new batteries. At this point it is gamble in the reliability department. the weight savings is there, the ability to run my total loss and starter all day is there but the failure rate is also very high. Lots of cheap acid batteries have died quickly within a season but the better AGM batteries are solid. I have a 6 year old deka 9lbs on backup. for lithium iron, 12 cell anything is what i have/would buy again. Shoria does replace the battery if it fails. If your into gambling madmat, tryout an anti-gravity battery. I haven't read any standup watercraft reviews of how it lasts yet.
